Student Leaders...9th graders at Hui Malama
We are so lucky to have 5 young people stay on at Hui Malama to continue their PBL through their 9th grade year.
Here at Hui Malama seventh and eighth graders are constantly propelling our school forward, however it doesn't stop there. We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to enroll five ninth grade students leaders. Though they are still a part of Hui Malama's class and ever growing ohana, their learning style is very different and unique.
Requirements of a student leader include: The ability to work well on your own, very open minded, very independent, willing to be challenged, the will to push yourself forward, determination to strive to the summit, etc.
